What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and how you heard about us.

Analytics

We use PostHog for page views and product analytics. On our public website, analytics runs only if you accept cookies: until you accept, PostHog is not loaded and no analytics data leaves your browser. When you are signed in to the product, we process usage analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how customers use the service. Declining cookies stops us storing analytics data on your device, and this signed-in analytics then runs only for the duration of your visit, but it does not stop the processing itself. PostHog is EU-hosted (eu.posthog.com). We do not send your name or email address to PostHog. You have the right to object to this processing at any time, and you can exercise it yourself: use “Stop product analytics for my account” under Settings, Account. The objection is recorded against your account, so it takes effect immediately and applies on every device you sign in from. You can also email us at contact@atlent.io and we will do it for you.

Error Tracking

We use Sentry for error monitoring. Sentry may collect technical data such as your browser type, operating system, and error stack traces. No personally identifiable information is collected: we run Sentry with personal data collection switched off (sendDefaultPii: false), and session replay is disabled. Error monitoring sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so it is not a cookie and does not ask for your consent. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working correctly, the same basis as the signed-in analytics described above. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us.

Data Retention

Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or the waitlist closes. Analytics data is retained per PostHog defaults and is pseudonymised: it is linked to an account identifier, not to your name or email address.
